Requirements Outsourcing of activities like Machining, Fabrication & other activities as per requirement along with costing.
 - Electrical, consumables, packing & any other bought-out items as per indent. 
- Vendor assessment, vendor evaluation & supplier performance for Continuous Improvement. 
- Analyze sourcing requirements to execute the project according to budget if specified.
 - Prepare / Review Bid Enquiry, compiling of Bid Packages & issue RFQ to potential Vendor. 
- Evaluate proposals submitted by vendors technically & commercially and prepare Techno-commercial comparisons to arrive at a purchasing strategy. 
- Negotiation with suppliers on Lead, Quality, Cost, and other terms & conditions, and supplier Selection in accordance with project requirements. 
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery schedule & ensure timely delivery. 
- In case of part load to co-ordinate with supplier for dispatch details & arrange materials from transporter godown. 
- Coordinate with the supplier for any rejection of goods for replacement. 
-Prepare MIS Reports like weekly, and monthly Performance Reports as requisite by the superior. 
- If required to coordinate with other Departments like Design, Planning, Manufacturing and quality for timely execution of the project. 
- Any other work assigned by superior related to sourcing activities.
Candidate shall be preferred from Vadodara & shall be willing to travel anywhere in India. 
Knowledge in ERP shall be preferable. 
Task-orientated with a learning attitude, ability to work in a team & flexibility to adapt to change, and good communication skills i.e verbal & written. 
Experience in FRP field of around 5 years would be preferable.

• Consider factors such as labor, material costs, subcontractor quotes, equipment rental, and other project-related expenses in the estimation process.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
• Review and refine estimates based on changes or additional information provided during the bidding process.

2. Proposal Preparation:
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and bid packages based on the cost estimates, project specifications, and customer requirements.
• Clearly present the technical and commercial aspects of the proposal, including scope of work, delivery schedule, terms, and conditions.
• Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals are submitted to clients within the given deadlines.

3. Technical Support:
• Provide technical assistance and support to the sales team and clients during the pre-bid and post-bid stages.
• Interpret project specifications, drawings, and other technical documents to determine project requirements and feasibility.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical queries, resolve design-related issues, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and codes.
